    DESCRIPTION: The first two leaves and bud of young green tea are processed in a traditional green tea fashion, hand rolled into small pearls, and set aside until the jasmine harvest begins; then heat infused with the blossoms.  Jasmine vary from powdery floral to tropical fruit.  The jasmine used here veers slightly towards the tropical fruit side and pairs perfectly with medium bodied green tea used at its base.
