This is a coffee from Buenos Aires Group. Buenos Aires consists of a group of producers settled at more than 1600 meters above sea level in the mountains of the BUENOS AIRES valley in the district of Perene – Chanchamayo. Here, there are small plantations of coffee of the variety Typica, Caturra and Bourbon. The climate is defined by an abundance of fog coverage throughout the year, causing the fruit to develop slowly and have a prolonged ripening, which helps to increase sweetness in the fresh fruit. The coffee beans make a cup with a strong aroma.
