Altitude – 1,400 to 1,500 Meters or 4,600 to 5,000 ft above sea level
Process – Honey: Cherry is depulped and then followed by sun drying to fully dried at Sriwijaya’s site followed by the removal of parchment skin
Varietals – Typical Sumatrans Ateng. Ateng is part of a Hybrido de Timor, Catimor or Tim-Tim family
Harvest Time – October to May with a little slow down in Jan and Feb
Q Grader Cupping Note – Very nice and rare: sweet, bright, fruity Sumatra

This is where my extended family has some trees, not so many…. none of us have ever counted them actually. But, we roughly estimate them to be around 400 ++ trees.
